Fitness Membership Consultant [Malaysia]


 

The Role

The role of Membership Sales Consultant involves identifying prospective members’ health and fitness needs and tailoring the best possible membership solution for them. A Membership Consultant will actively seek new business for the club, representing the facility in a positive and professional manner whilst achieving both individual and team goals/targets as set out by management.

The successful applicant should possess the following Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • A friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic disposition
  • An ambitious and motivated, can-do attitude
  • Proven track record with exceeding sales targets
  • An ability to work and collaborate successfully with a team to achieve team/individual KPI’s and goals
  • Industry knowledge
  • Be reliable, flexible and have fantastic work ethic
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Have a passion for health and fitness
  • Enjoy helping people to achieve their goals
  • Experience in Microsoft Office

Prior experience in fitness, sales and/or customer service environment is highly advantageous.

We are looking for people to join our team who can work flexible hours, predominantly early mornings, late nights and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
