Your team and your responsibilities:

Within the Quality Function of Toyota’s European Headquarter, the Project Quality team is responsible to audit & improve the overall quality level for European vehicle projects (from concept until Start of Production). As we are moving towards a Mobility Company, in addition to the vehicle projects, our scope is expanding to mobility and value-added (connected) services.

In order to continuously improve our products and services, the team is collecting the Voice of our Customer (VoC) via formalized surveys.

Your responsibilities

This internship project will be focussing on the development and improvement of the VoC analysis and classifications tools using Machine Learning, mainly via:

• Testing and continuously improving current tools.
• Working in a cloud infrastructure and ensuring the analysis and classification tool runs smoothly in the cloud environment.
• Developing an intuitive user-friendly interfaces (HMI) to interact with the application.
• Thoroughly testing and debugging the deployed application and resolve any issues.
• Documenting the process, HMI usage instructions, and data science tool integration for future maintenance and onboarding of new users.

Your Profile:

• You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
• We expect a student in final year of master level in Engineering with some orientation towards Computer Science
• Good experience with Python development, Knowledge of open-source frameworks (flask and pandas)
• Experience of Machine Learning classification algorithms
• Experience working on a Cloud Environment
• Understanding front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• You need to be well structured and organised
• Strong communicator and good reporting capabilities
• You are a flexible team player with a natural positive attitude and the desire to work respectfully with people in a multicultural environment
• You have a customer first mind-set.
